This is the best jewelry store in Toledo! They have the most sincere, honest, helpful staff I have ever encountered at a store of any kind, including a jewelry store! They have designed beautiful rings and necklaces for me and they restored antique jewelry as well. The craftsmanship is remarkable and the final product is truly unique and beautiful. You really cannot go wrong getting all your jewelry and repairs done at Broer-Freeman. I love this store!

Had my wife’s engagement ring custom made here and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. We live about 7 hours away, but they made the entire process seamless and the finished product was breathtaking. I would highly recommended anyone coming here first if you’re looking for something one of a kind for that special someone.

The customer service and workmanship is fabulous! My 100 yo mother’s silver ring came up missing…She was beside herself….. I searched everywhere at the assisted living facility. Finally, it was found in laundry. Thank you!! The band must have been thin and it broke….when it was washed and dried with the sheets. I called and explained the situation… the jeweler did an excellent job. Mom’s ring was ready the same day thank goodness….. ❤️❤️❤️

We had our wedding rings made/redone there. David really took the time to make sure he knew what we wanted. It was great to be able to see a wax mold of everything prior to it being made. I would definitely return!

Rachel designed a set of rings for me using inherited jewelry and I am SO pleased with how they turned out. Sadly I needed a repair after only 9 months (due to no one's fault). The service I received from start of design to completed repair had been amazing...professional, courteous and personal. I highly recommend anyone to Broer Freeman!

I recently had a new wedding ring set designed for my wife. David and his team were so thoughtful and receptive to the ideas that I had in wanting to incorporate our 30 year old ring set. We used the original and new stones to make a very special piece. From start to finish it has been an amazing experience and I’m thankful for Broer-Freeman Jewelers. They have a customer for life

I cannot say enough good things about Broer Freeman. I brought in my beloved art deco ring because I was concerned the diamond was loose. Rachel was so helpful my first visit. She told me it COULD be tightened but the jeweler may want to add prongs to really secure it and give me peace of mind. The jeweler was on vacation for the next few days, so I left my ring in their care. I received a text a few days later telling me that they had looked at my ring, and what they determined as far as what it needed as well as an estimate. They also told me it is typically a 2-3 week turnaround time. My sister got married that same weekend and I really wanted to wear my ring for the wedding. So I asked if I could come get it Friday for the wedding and return it to them Monday. I brought the ring back Monday, and expected at least a week and a half before it would be ready. They had it finished in three days. THREE DAYS! They were very professional and so helpful, and my ring looks incredible! I'm so glad I opted for the prongs. Take your antique, vintage, and estate jewelry here, you'll be so glad you went to the best.

Broer Freeman is the best (and most trusted) jeweler. My parents and grandparents have been going to them for gifts and appraisals for years. They always do beautiful work and are always very upfront and knowledgeable. I inherited a very old piece of jewelry that had some "mystery" stones around in the setting. Broer Freeman was able to identify what they were. When I took the ring to the jeweler where it was made (one hundred years ago) for resizing, that company lost a small stone and claimed it was an inexpensive onyx gem. I gave them Broer Freeman's appraisal to prove they were mistaken. They sent it back to their lab and confirmed that Broer Freeman was correct.

Our experience at Broer-Freeman Jewelers was phenomenal! Every employee that we worked with was kind, and excited to work with us to get the ring we were looking for within our budget range. We were able to custom make a ring based on a video I found online, and elements they sold in store. The owner, David, took careful consideration of our budget without sacrificing aesthetics and carefully explained why certain aspects were worth paying more for. We were thoroughly involved in the design process and the ring was made quickly. I highly recommend going to Broer-Freeman for your wedding jewelry, and we will be returning for our wedding bands!
